General Conditions of Sale


These General Conditions of Sale can be consulted online and only concern the sale of products on the

Website “”, excluding in particular Catering and Home Chef activities carried out on estimate.


Confirmation of the order by the Customer implies full and unreserved acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.

At Cuijine, we offer a home chef and catering service for delivery from Tuesday to Saturday in Nice or Villefranche-sur-Mer.

The number of guests, from 6 people up to 20 people for a meal and up to 50 people for a lunch or dinner cocktail, the delivery and billing address must be clearly indicated.

We will acknowledge receipt of your order.

The offers and products offered on the Website are the subject of a presentation specifying their name, their


Composition and their price and are offered for sale subject to the availability of raw materials.


In the event of unavailability of a product, Cuijine will inform the Customer as soon as possible by telephone or email in order to agree either:

The supply of an equivalent product

cancellation of the order and, where applicable, reimbursement of the price.


The visuals and information on the products are not contractual.


Before consumption, the products must be stored at a temperature not exceeding 4°C.

Cuijine declines all responsibility in the event that the products are not consumed immediately.

For reasons of hygiene and food safety, uneaten products will not be returned or exchanged.

Composition of meal trays:​

The composition of the meal trays cannot be changed (except on express request, with an additional charge and subject to product availability).

For a mix of trays we offer a variety of 5 and 5 of another (from 10 trays).

The meal trays are made up of fresh products and must be consumed as soon as they are delivered or kept cool.


The main dish can be reheated (if indicated) in the microwave in the container provided (without lid).


We offer delivery from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday to Saturday in Nice, charges will be applied depending on the area.

We ask that you be present at the delivery location during the agreed time slot.

We deliver to you in catering boxes without trays.

Deliveries in Nice Intramural for up to 10 people will be charged from 3 euros, for other areas, a calculation will be made according to the area.



The customer must ensure the conformity of his order at the time of delivery.

To be taken into account, any complaint must be made at the time of delivery of the order.

Any dispute over the invoice can only be taken into account at the time of delivery or at the end of the service.

Addition - Payment - Cancellation:​

A deposit of 30% by bank transfer or Sumup payment link will be requested upon validation of the quote for home chef services.

Full payment must be made upon validation of the quote for services upon delivery.

If a deposit has been made, the remainder must be paid on the day of delivery: in cash or by credit card.

Don't forget to include your company name for the invoice.


Cancellations of the service up to 7 days - Deposits will not be refunded 7 days before the service.


Changes to menus or the number of people will not be accepted 5 days before the service.


Payment for home chef services must be paid by check, bank card, transfer, Sumup payment link at the end of the day of the service.


Payment deadline: the day of service or delivery.
